Why are some typical nutrients not included?

Nutrients that are readily available from food, such as Vitamins A and D, Beta- carotene, Calcium and Iron, have not been included in Immunocal Co-Factor Multi-Vitamin and Mineral Supplement. Some supplements, when taken in excess, can be toxic, while others should be taken separately. Immunotec Research Ltd. recognizes that the approach to supplementing should be cautious, intelligent and purposeful.
